I think it’s time to raise some awareness about Gülen charter schools in the US, and one that is opening in Austin, Texas.
     Fethullah Gülen is the founding father of Gülen charter schools all over the world. Their front is to raise 'global civilians' and to promote Muslim integration into other countries. Not such a bad thing…yet!
     On the other hand they keep a hidden agenda, doing the exact opposite. Gülen has very extremist ideas which got him kicked out of Turkey. It is his plan to see church and state as one again.
     The charter schools, big in Holland, got lots of subsidies; however, several members that stepped out declared they were anti-democracy, indoctrinating members, separating and alienating them from their parents, similar to Scientology.
     They make sure every member puts in a lot of money but they do not declare it to taxes. As a result they are under scrutiny for tax evasion. They have been outlawed in Turkmenistan and several other countries. Some tendencies include threatening and beating up journalists, the list goes on and on...
     Stop and take some time to research Gulen Charter schools. It’s a cult and not a social movement as they would have you believe. Recently the New York Times did a feature on the Gulenists and there charter schools which is a front they use to finance their agenda. This is a blunt show of racketeering.
     Due to an article recently published, an investigation of state politicians had been launched. The politicians receive kick backs from this group to influence state laws and policies.
     Who is Fethullah and why is he living in the USA? He is a Turkish preacher currently living here in exile. He ran away from Turkey in order to avoid prosecution for telling his cult followers to overthrow the democratic government of Turkey. Gulen is worth over 25 billion dollars; he owns Newspapers, publishing houses, radio, and TV stations; he has schools in 120 different countries, hospitals, and banks.   
     In America alone, he has almost 150 charter schools. The cult is going to open the Harmony School of Political Science for middle and high schools kids in Austin, Texas. All of this is being funded by you the tax payer. A charter school is a public school that gets paid by the state and federal government. The schools are a front to funnel money back to Turkey for their own operations.
     Furthermore Gulen is responsible for the arrest of 67 journalists in Turkey and has filed lawsuits against those who dared to write or speak out about them. They are defiantly against free speech and democracy. This is a tyrant that must be stopped!
     They also use the Scientology tactic of fair game against those who have written or spoke out against them.  Going as far as attacking Sibel Edmonds ex-FBI turned whistle blower.
     Tim Steller, a journalist for Arizona Daily Star who has wrote for the local paper for 20 years is called a terrorist by this group.
     They have threatened parents and teachers with lawsuits in the past for simply speaking out. In one case they followed a mother to church to intimidate her. Others have said the call and hang up in the middle of the night, slander people online, call their employers and so on. These were parents who chose to remain annonymous.
     Many of our politicians are in bed with these guys and just sucking in tax money like it was candy. This is happening in the form of campaigns, free trips, dinners, and brown bag deals. The CIA vouched for Gulen to stay here when the FBI and Homeland Security wanted him gone.

REP. MARIO BIAGGI (D-NY): In 1988 he was convicted of obstructing justice, tax evasion, conspiracy, extortion, and accepting bribes.
CORRINNE BROWN (D-FL): Failed to pay unemployment taxes to the state of Florida; sued by several airlines for unpaid bills and falsified travel reports; failed to report sale of her Tallahassee travel agency; improperly reported the sale of her Gainesville travel agency; sued by Whirlpool Corp. for unpaid bills; pursued by the IRS for $14,228 in unpaid taxes; investigations by the House Ethics Committee for possible acceptance of bribes; refused to file reports in the House about potential conflicts of interest while overseeing airlines she dealt with through her travel agencies; charged with money laundering.
REP. ALBERT BUSTAMANTE (D-TX): Convicted in 1993 of racketeering and accepting an illegal gratuity.
TONY COELHO (D-CA): Currently under investigation for fraud while serving as U.S. Commissioner General of Expo '98 in Lisbon, Portugal.* He was Al Gore's primary presidential campaign manager until he resigned citing health reasons.
REP. WES COOLEY (R-OR): Convicted of falsifying VA loan applications. Paid $7,000 in fines plus court costs, and placed on probation. Subsequently tried to gather support to get re-elected to Congress.*

The impeachment arose from allegations that Hastings conspired with a friend to accept $150,000 for giving two convicted swindlers a break in sentencing. Hastings was acquitted in a criminal trial in 1983, but the friend was convicted. In the House, the case for impeachment was made by John Conyers, senior member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Removed from the bench, Hastings was unapologetic."
SEN. JESSE HELMS (R-NC): In 1990, the Helms campaign sent out 125,000 postcards primarily to black North Carolina voters claiming that they might not be able to vote, and would be prosecuted for vote fraud if they tried. His campaign, the North Carolina Republican party, and four consulting and marketing firms were charged with violations of the Voting Rights Act. The Helms campaign signed an admission of guilt (claiming later that they didn't have the money to fight it in court), but Helms and his staff were never prosecuted.

JAY KIM (R-CA): Convicted of accepting illegal campaign contributions from foreign sources.

REP. NORMAN LENT (R-NY): In 1982 tried to have fifty counterfeit Rolex watches mailed to him from Taiwan.

REP. EDWARD MEZVINSKY (D-IA): Indicted in March of 2001 on federal fraud charges. Claimed that he developed mental problems after using a malaria drug called Lariam. "Clearly, the responsibility lies with the manufacturers," claimed Mezvinsky's lawyer, Michael Barrett.*
REP. JAMES MORAN (D-VA): Charged with spousal abuse, and assault and battery. A regular instigator of bar fights while mayor of Alexandria, VA, his position made him immune to arrest. Once said he thought about becoming a boxer because "I like to hit people."
REP. AUSTIN J. MURPHY (D-PA): Vote fraud, including forgery, conspiracy, and tampering with federal records (1999).*
REP. MARY ROSE OAKAR (D-OH): Charged with seven federal felonies related to financial-disclosure irregularities (1998).
SEN. BOB PACKWOOD (R-OR): Charged with sexual harassment. Oddly enough, many of the women named as harassees defended Senator Packwood.
REP. CARL PERKINS (D-KY): In 1994 pleaded guilty to filing a false financial-disclosure statement, conspiracy to file false statements with the Federal Election Commission, and bank fraud. Sentenced in March of 1995.
REP. MEL REYNOLDS (D-IL): In 1995 was convicted of having sex with a minor and obstructing justice.
CHARLIE ROSE (D-NC): Financial disclosure irregularities (1994).
REP. DAN ROSTENKOWSKI (D-IL): Illegally converted official funds to his personal use and mail fraud; accused in 1996 of embezzling $700,000 from the federal government, he was charged with 13 of the original 17 counts against him. Went to prison after serving in Congress; now back in Washington working as a lobbyist.
REP. LARRY SMITH (D-FL): In 1993 was convicted of income tax evasion and campaign-reporting violations.
REP. PAT SWINDALL (R-GA): In 1988 was convicted of perjury.
REP. JIM TRAFICANT (D-OH): Indicted on 5/4/01 by a Cleveland, OH federal grand jury for bribery, tax evasion, racketeering, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. Found guilty of all charges in April 2002.
REP. WALTER TUCKER (D-CA): Federal extortion charges; convicted of accepting $30,000 worth of bribes while a Congressman, and sentenced to 27 months in the federal penitentiary.

CO2 rap.
     When we say CO2 is warming the planet, this statement is not valid. When you declare war on CO2 you declare war on life itself. The sun warms the planet and so does the tilt of the earth’s axis as it rotates around the sun. We go through ice ages and warming periods. We are in a warming period and industry is responsible for even worse things in our environment than CO2, and now we can add plutonium to that list too. We should counter the equation of “anthropogenic climate change”, with the biochemical influence of plants in our environment. People exhale CO2 during the process of making energy for our cells called cellular respiration. Plants use CO2 in Photosynthesis. One point is that Volcano's put out more CO2 in an hour after eruption than people have put out in their combined time on earth. The more CO2 there is in the atmosphere, the more plant life it can support to use it up.
     Since life on earth uses plant products to sustain them and for procreation, we can gather that life on earth will benefit from higher CO2 levels. There is historical scientific evidence from earlier periods on earth that there is a direct correlation between organic matter produced and high levels of CO2. Agriculture uses C02 injection systems to increase vegetative growth. So you see the war on CO2 is a war on life itself.

     U.S. Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul says that the federal government is preparing for civil unrest and martial law in the United States. He has recently said that H.R. 645 (The National Emergency Centers Establishment Act) could lead to Americans being incarcerated in detention camps during a time of martial law. “Yeah, that's their goal, they're setting up the stage for violence in this country, no doubt about it,” responded Paul.
     The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645, first introduced in January 2009, mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
     The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations.”
     The bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.
     The legislation was referred to committee and did not proceed any further, but it was not rejected in a vote and can be re-introduced at any time in a new session of Congress.
     In the aftermath of the UK riots, police departments in the United States are being trained to deal with rioting and civil unrest.
     Back in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq were embarked for “homeland patrols” with one of their roles including helping with “civil unrest and crowd control.”
     In December 2008, the Washington Post reported on plans to station 20,000 more U.S. troops inside America for purposes of “domestic security” from September 2011 onwards, an expansion of the militarization of the country in preparation for potential civil unrest following a total economic collapse or a mass terror attack.
     The United States has continuity of government plans in place should martial law be declared by the President. However, the details of those plans have been so tightly guarded that even Congressman and Homeland Security Committee member Peter DeFazio (D - OR), who has the necessary security clearance, was denied access to view the material when he requested to do so back in July 2007.
     “I just can't believe they're going to deny a member of Congress the right of reviewing how they plan to conduct the government of the United States after a significant terrorist attack,” DeFazio told the Oregonian at the time, adding, “Maybe the people who think there's a conspiracy out there are right.”
     Congressman Paul has warned about preparations for martial law before, telling the Alex Jones Show, “They're putting their back up against the wall and saying, if need be we're going to have martial law.”

     Amidst riots in central Europe that have now spread to London and a debt downgrade that threatens to plunge the United States into a double-dip recession; Americans’ lack of confidence in their leadership is so crippled that they are now “pre-revolutionary.”
     A new Rasmussen poll shows that only 17 per cent of Americans believe that the U.S. government has the consent of the governed, an all time low. This doubles with a record low for Congress’ approval rating, which stands at a paltry 6 per cent, while 46 per cent of Americans think most members of Congress are corrupt, while just 29% believe otherwise.
     “The number of voters who feel the government has the consent of the governed, a foundational principle contained in the Declaration of Independence, is down from 23% in early May and has fallen to its lowest level measured yet,” according to Rasmussen.
     The poll was conducted before Friday’s U.S. debt downgrade, indicating that the figures could be even direr in the aftermath of what some analysts believe is a precursor to a new great depression.
     The results of this survey indicate that Americans are now “pre-revolutionary” says pollster Pat Caddell, who described the outcome of the poll as “unprecedented”.
     This conclusion follows Caddell’s observation last November that “a sea of anger is churning” amongst Americans who “want to take their country back” and that the nation stood on the brink of a “pre-revolutionary moment.”
     Caddell’s conclusion that Americans are on the verge of rising up against a system in which they have lost all trust cannot be easily dismissed as partisan rhetoric. Despite working for numerous Democratic presidential candidates, including Jimmy Carter and Joe Biden, Caddell has been a vociferous critic of both Democrats and Republicans on several issues.
     Back in early 2008, before the collapse of Lehman Brothers and the start of the financial crisis, we warned that inflation and economic uncertainty would cause a massive social dislocation, which would lead to riots globally. Gerald Calente and others repeated the warning in late 2008. Over the last 18 months, we have now witnessed such scenes across the Middle East and in France, Spain, Greece, Italy, and most recently London.
     Indeed, the only major western country not to experience significant social unrest since the economic collapse is America, although anecdotal evidence of rising crime and thefts suggests a turning point could be just around the corner.
     Should violence plague American streets as a result of a deepening economic crisis, U.S. troops have already been prepared to deal with such a crisis, and the enactment of martial law would be highly probable.
     As we reported three years ago, U.S. troops returning from Iraq were being re-allocated to occupy America, running checkpoints and training to deal with “civil unrest and crowd control” under the auspices of a Northcom program that revolved around deploying 20,000 active duty troops inside America to “help” state and local officials during times of emergency.
     The date set for the completion of this program was 2011, just in time to deal with the “pre-revolutionary” fervor that many fear will now manifest itself in a Greece-like mayhem as a result of the fallout from the debt downgrade and America’s slide towards economic collapse.

    Getting tired of government hypocrisy and pre-filtered media that eagerly provides damage control and disinformation?      Although our leaders have not represented our best interests in my lifetime, no one can deny that things really went downhill and spilled over into the 21st century after the corrupt USSC Justices (in 2000) handed George W Bush the Helm in a highly contested election. This was a prime example of the illusion of democracy, as the man who received the popular vote did not become our nation’s leader. Indeed, It didn't take him long to fill his administration with hawkish neo-Straussian think tankers, The Project for a New American Century (PNAC), so they could implement their sick plan of “rebuilding America’s defenses.” Thus, their complicity in the events of 9/11 (that gave us our new Pearl Harbor event) was all the catalyst they needed for launching the “War on Terror,” that turned our world upside down forever.
     However, as bad as it was with Bush and Cheney, or now with Obama, we must see past the Rubicon and move forward to strike the root of a worse presence that lurks in the shadow world. The globalizing puppeteers of “The New World Order,” will stop at nothing to achieve a one-world government under their sick domain. They are the benevolent arbitrators responsible for this madness. Their treachery has spread near and far, affecting everybody in one way or another. While many nations are purposely being allowed to starve to death, in the western hemisphere, various forms of depopulation such as “Codex Alimentarious” (global food imperialism) is being used to compromise our health. A great awakening is underway...and it will not be denied.
     As an activist who's been front and center and is now looking outside the box your involvement, it has been woefully amazing to see how folks are inclined to pay a little more attention when they realize their inner circle may be adversely affected. It was quite astonishing that “Dancing with the Stars” ratings dropped a tad; as our sleepy nation recoiled in disbelief when they thought their paltry government checks might not come because the debt limit increase had stalled.
     Right on cue, however, they raised it again for the 96th time and voila; to no surprise, the middle and lower class citizens once again, will take it in the shorts. Thus, after much political fanfare, the two-party Ass and Dumbo club had another sadistic laugh at our expense. Now the purse strings have been loosened. The national purse, now busting at the seams in excess of $12 trillion in Federal Reserve loans to keep this FED ponzi-scam in operation. So now it's back to the war business as usual: butchering, torturing, and killing brown people in the Middle East while we slip into the sinkhole of poverty.
     Why have we allowed this to go on for so long? Are we gluttons for pain? Indeed, the days of romancing this sick Corporate/FED love affair is a dry potato that's way over baked. Unwavering loyalty by those who govern is a non-existent myth. Regardless of the PR flackery that says otherwise, most politicians are nothing more than prostitutes for corporate interests with their lobbyists embracing the role of pimp.
     Thus, for decades we seemed content at being the hard-up “Johns” who constantly bend over and pay dearly. However, this is about to change as we spiral down the well of inequality. With talk of gutting all safety nets by our so-called “paragons of virtue” who roam the halls of Congress, we could easily find ourselves revisiting the days of the great depression. Remember this well, because as it was then, it still applies today. Just as surely as the stock market tanked over 500 points in one day, it just goes to prove that a nation's wealth, freedom, and prosperity don't evaporate into thin air, it just changes hands.
     Let's pause for a minute and think about this. They say the eyes are the window into the soul. If so, it's past time we gaze into a mirror and see past our own reflection and expand our peripherals to see a world that begs for our attention. We can hide our face no more, nor cover our eyes from frightful sights. We cannot cower in fear while others suffer the price. It's never been more prevalent as now to restore the integrity of the human condition, worldwide. The bell tolls for your involvement. It's time to rejuvenate healthy minds!
      Fret not, for there is hope. For each warmongering fool who tries to torment us, there are a thousand compassionate lovers who resist modern day slavery. I don't know about you, but that thousand to one ratio sounds good to me. Join us, we know more than most, that the NWO objective of full spectrum dominance is neither new, nor acceptable. In fact, it’s the same “old” totalitarian game that has worked overtime to keep us off-balance while stoking the fire of conflict and discontent. While others may be fooled, we realize a decision was made: that the American way of life is deemed too expensive by the thirteen bloodlines that rule the world. We welcome you with open arms, because submission is not an option in a free and open society. Thus, our bond is undeniable; we will never quietly sequester to third-world status and inherit a life not worth living!
     Moreover, there are six billion souls on this planet and, if we unite under one banner and join the world revolution that's currently sweeping the globe, we can gain the needed footing to remove these parasites of insanity from our presence. To know that good conquers bad and that we will no longer tolerate the trouble from dubious little scoundrels who manufacture global tyranny for war and profit. Let us rejoice as we march hand-in-hand to victory.

     America was founded during a time of martial law; government troops stationed themselves in homes and trespassed on property without regard for the rights of owners. Prior to the American Revolution, there was virtually no right securing us against unreasonable searches and seizures.
     During colonial times, British judges issued “writs of assistance,” or general search warrants, which allowed police officers to enter any place upon demand. All that was needed for a judge to issue the warrant was an officer's assertion of a mere suspicion of illegal activity. As a consequence, British soldiers entered homes and places of business virtually at will. As time went by, these general warrants were used with increasing frequency. The effects on the American people were devastating and long-lasting. As one colonist wrote, “our houses, and even our bedchambers, are exposed to be ransacked, our boxes, trunks, and chests broke open, ravaged and plundered by wretches whom no prudent man would venture to employ even as menial servants.”
     Fast forward a little more than 200 years and we seem to have made a full circle, once again being victimized by government agents who show little regard for our persons or property. Indeed, if you want to get a sense of what “justice” in America has been reduced to, just consider the case of 30-year-old Marco Sauceda, who was recently sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and pay a $500 fine for resisting arrest after police mistook him for a burglar in his own home. Sauceda also suffered a gash to the top of his head that required medical attention.
     Police had entered Sauceda's home at 111 Finley St. in Lufkin, Texas on March 15, 2009, after a neighbor allegedly reported seeing a black man kicking in the front door. Obviously frightened, Sauceda, a Honduran immigrant who speaks no English and has the mind of a child, barricaded himself in his bathroom in response to the police invasion. When police finally got Sauceda out of the bathroom, they pepper-sprayed him, shot him with a pepper ball gun, and wrestled him to the ground. Throughout the ordeal, Marco, terrified, remained silent.
     Anyone with an ounce of sense would recognize that there's something wrong when an innocent man with the mental acuity of a child is subjected to a warrantless invasion of his home by police officers, physically brutalized by those same government agents, then forced to serve time for resisting arrest. And in fact, the jurors in Sauceda's case did recognize that he had been wronged, but other than asking the judge for leniency in sentencing, they did nothing to right that wrong, and rendered him guilty. The judge was no better, going so far as to suggest that the unarmed man should have been sentenced to six months in jail for, believe it or not, putting the police officers, undoubtedly armed to the teeth, in harm's way.
     This case, which has not garnered major headlines or incited populist outrage, especially because it involves an illegal immigrant; although neither the police nor the jury were aware of his status, nevertheless highlights everything that is wrong with the so-called criminal justice system in America. It exposes a system lacking in true justice, whose shortcomings are more often condoned by the judiciary than set right.
     For those who will immediately insist that non-citizens have no rights under the Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court has made clear that the Constitution applies not just to citizens but to all persons residing in the United States. Thus, illegal or not, Sauceda is entitled to equal protection under the law, as are all persons within the America.
     Unfortunately, those protections, such that they are, are being steadily eroded by legislation and court rulings that render the individual completely defenseless against the encroachments of the state. In a very real sense, we truly are back to where we started in those pre-Revolutionary War days, seemingly having learned next to nothing from those early days of tyranny at the hands of the British crown.
     We are once again being subjected to broad search warrants, government agents trespassing on property without regard for the rights of owners, and the blurring of all distinctions; for purposes of searches and seizures, between what is private and public property. Once again, the courts and state legislatures are seen to favor the interests of government officials, especially LEOs (Law Enforcement Officials), even if it comes at the expense of civil liberties. Indeed, there is no true justice in a court system where the judge, the prosecutor, and the police form a triad against the accused. And once again, Americans are finding themselves underrepresented, overtaxed, and forced at gunpoint, practically, to dance to the government's tune. The similarities to pre-Revolutionary America are startling.

     Diamond Foods sells walnuts both in and out of the shell with a list of the health benefits on the packaging as well as on the company's website. These benefits claims have displeased the Food and Drug Administration. According to the New America website, the health benefits listed by Diamond are truthful and the FDA has decided to take action on their declaration.
     The federal agency sent the company a letter that stated, in part, “Your walnut products are drugs” and “new drugs” at that, therefore, “they may not legally be marketed…in the United States without an approved new drug application.” The FDA went as far as to threaten the company with a “seizure” of products if they did not comply.
     This sounds like the government is going too far. Diamond Foods wanted to educate the public about the health benefits of eating walnuts. The information they used can be found in published articles in “The U.S. Library of Medicine's” database. You will find at least 35 peer-reviewed published papers offered from this source that support Diamond's claims that walnuts improve vascular health and may work to reduce the risk of a heart attack.
     According to New America the benefits claimed by Diamond Foods and listed on the company's website include, “the omega-3 fatty acids found in walnuts have been shown to have certain health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer.” That claim is well supported by scientific research. The website does not appear to have this listed anymore. The only benefits of eating walnuts listed today on the Diamond Foods site are generic vitamin claims found on most packaged food.
     It appears that the FDA does not accept the evidence from The U.S. Library of Medicine, as they communicated to Diamond that their “product bears health claims that are not authorized by the FDA.” William Falcon of Life Extension Magazine says that the language used by the FDA “resembles that of an out-of-control police state where tyranny reigns over rationality.”
     The FDA wrote to Diamond Foods, “Based on our review, we have concluded that your walnut products are in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) and the applicable regulations in Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR). Based on claims made on your firm’s website, we have determined that your walnut products are promoted for conditions that cause them to be drugs because the products are intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease.”
     The FDA allows certain brands of potato chips to be advertised as “heart healthy,” according to Falcon's article. These products include Lays Potato Chips, Doritos, Tostitos, Cheetos and Fritos. Yet walnuts, which are grown naturally and come out of their shell right into a consumer's mouth, are not allowed to be promoted as benefiting the same heart health? This hardly seems reasonable…
